Rossano Veneto, defined by the media as the richest town of the Northeast for its extensive economic wellbeing, is enclosed within the boundaries of a territory which counts just over 7,000 inhabitants.
Its millenary history is traced through some evident signs of the presence of Roman centurial works even if the proper town dates back to the year 1050. There are innumerable noteworthy buildings and villas, among which the eighteenth century Villa Caffo Navarrini, in Palladian style, acquired by the Municipality in 2001 and the splendid seventeenth century Villa Comello, the seminary of the Camillian Fathers. Sebellin Park is an authentic jewel and a green oasis embedded in the town’s urban centre, which hosts the Operaestate Festival’s cinematographic season in summer, together with the park of Villa Caffo, where all the cultural and sportive initiatives organized by the Town Hall are held.
