A limbo born from Burroughs’s chaos, where time disarticulates. Here, Hamlet is no longer the prince consumed by indecision, but a nomad of thought among poisonous alleys and inner conflicts. In Interzone, Hamlet confronts Gertrude, Ophelia, Claudius, Lacan—with whom he reflects on Desire—and Burroughs himself, a demiurgic figure challenging him to rewrite his destiny.
