An original sunset concert on Mount Caina, enjoying a wide and unique panorama over the Venetian plain. Just above the hamlet of Rubbio, you reach the summit of the mountain, a gentle rise of meadows and clearings, where the **OPV Brass Quartet**—the brass ensemble of the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto—proposes a brilliant and varied program that spans eras and styles, from the Baroque of Mouret and Scheidt to the twentieth century and beyond. Famous melodies from the classical and operatic tradition, such as Brahms and Rossini, intertwine with the cinematic evocations of Morricone and international folk rhythms. There is no shortage of tributes to the American musical and jazz, with Bernstein and Henderson. The result is an engaging journey, an explosion of sounds and vitality that surprises and carries the listener through to the last note.

The **OPV Brass Quintet** is a brass ensemble formed in 2018 on the initiative of several musicians from the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto with the aim of cultivating the chamber repertoire, the true core for the individual growth of every musician. It brings together musicians who have gained significant experience in the most important brass ensembles on the national scene. The group's repertoire ranges from the Baroque to contemporary music, without overlooking jazz and the soundtracks of the most famous cinematic hits.
