Revisiting the legacy of opera as both an inherited repertoire and a performative device, the piece questions the distance between staged emotional excess and contemporary discomfort with its conventions. Through a playful and irreverent reactivation of operatic material, voice and body intertwine in a space where classical references are disman tled and reassembled. The performance transforms opera into raw ex pressive matter - desire, rage, and tenderness - offering a choreographic and vocal rewriting that foregrounds pleasure, excess, and irony.
